Our first stop – Sacramento and the California State Capital Building.
Here’s my first lousy attempt at an HDR image. As with many things, practice will make perfect.
It’s nice to have a good photo with Zac and I. Normally I’m the one always behind the camera :)
I have no idea what he’s thinking, but I don’t think it’s good.
CourtNice. The HDR picture is brighter and more colorful, but it doesn’t really have that noticeable, hyper-reality video-game look to it. It makes for a really nice photo, yes, but I don’t think it’s instantly recognizable as an HDR photo. So, I guess I’m saying you can certainly improve basic photos with the HDR process… but you can also do the artistic, hyper effect of HDR photography. So, would you have kept the HDR Capitol Building something like the way it is, or rather done something differently to get the distinctive HDR effect?
